INTRODUCTION to this Website - - - April 2012


WELCOME TO AMERICAN PRIMER - - -
For the first 200 years of this country, the only two textbooks in the hands of a student, were the Bible and The New England Primer. Five years into what's become a 15-year study so far, of having read hundreds of books, thousands of pages of Congressional Records, Supreme Court Cases, and research articles written by untold Americans during the past 50 years, I realized that the adult American needed a "primer" to learn the basic, fundamental pillars of truth that have crept into our country during the past 150 years.

The creation of this resource website is a work in progress. I figured it would have taken me the good part of 2009 to document the basic info and resources I've read through the past 15 years regarding our Constitutional Republic form of government, but an unexpected meeting of a man named Tim Turner changed my 2009 plans!

Note: Feb. 21st, 2009 began an unexpected turn of events in my life, in that I was at my first Tim Turner Seminar. Two weeks later I was at my 2nd, and since March 6th, 2009 (almost 3 years already), I've contributed more hours-a-day than most people are awake, to the support of the Freedom Document program. I took on the project of volunteering to edit the manual of documents Tim was using in his America Can Be Free program.


Then I also saw that Tim didn't have a support-team-heartbeat between him being a "Hi & Bye Weekend Speaker Guy" and the students at his seminars, and I KNEW I'd have questions! And if I, after 6 years of doing Barton Buhtz's documents, would have questions, then what about all the other students who weren't any where near the level of knowledge and history that I was at because of my past 13 years of study, research, study group involvement, etc., etc. So I set up turnerclass.blogspot.com as an instructional source for seminar alumni, and I set up timturnerclass@aol.com email which has become overload (over 8,000 emails the first year . . . over 2,000 which I never had time to look at in 2009, over 4,000 unopened in 2010!). That's not to mention the tons of hours people have spent on the phone asking Qs (one month alone while on the road attending an enforcement seminar and teaching Tim's Basics seminar, my cell phone and home phone had over 3,000 minutes usage. Another month just the home phone had over 3,000 minutes long distance alone.).  People are hungry to learn the basics of freedom related to the Constitutional Republic Form of Government guaranteed by the Constitution, but non-existent in this country.  So why is that??? 


My story began in 1996 when I learned that the 16th Amendment was never ratified (known as the "income tax" amendment - - Best resource is Bill Benson's book, The Law That Never Was, as a result of him researching in the archives of 48 states which existed in January, 1913, and obtaining over 17,000 certified documents as proof that the states never ratified the proposed federal 16th Amendment.).

Since then I've come to understand that most of us have no grasp and knowledge of a republic(an) form of government that our Founding Fathers set up for us in 1787. Therefore, as "employers" of our "elected servants/employees," we are not knowledgeable enough on the basics of a Constitutional American Republic, and the federal and state constitutions (which elected and some hired servants take an oath to God to uphold for us), to even question those running for public offices, let alone know if they're deficient and ignorant of American history which qualifies them to hold the office they're seeking! So think of it this way - - - you own a business, yet you're allowing all your employees to direct the entire operation, including all decisions about the money and finances of that business!!

So through these past years, I've been blessed with resource information not only regarding the income tax subject matter, but for many other related governance subjects regarding our republic. I’ve come to learn that there are foundational pillars of knowledge that every American needs to know in order to understand WHY we are where we are today, HOW we got here and by WHOM, and most importantly, WHERE we SHOULD be. These "pillars," (like knowing the alphabet letters, then sounds, in order to build words, then sentences, etc.) will arm us with the basics (supported by resources of documented truth).

THEN, as an American adult, (and even younger minds if knowing), you can begin to question, influence, watch-dog an elected and/or an unelected official via the written word (so you have a trail of evidence). I've learned that some of the most devastating movements toward the socialist government now existing in this country have been by "un"elected government employees who influence and set policy that has the force and effect of law via rules, regulations, policies, etc. that have no place in a constitutional republic!! A Republic works on the rule-of-law, only, because underlying that are a people who learn, understand, and carry out "self-government." Sorry, but government’s primary job is not to keep us safe, as much as many may like to think and believe. In the American Constitutional Republic, the primary job is to keep our rights secured, and secondly, to keep government out of our lives. And sad to say, most Americans couldn’t list their rights if they had to defend themselves by them, so as it is said, if you don’t know your rights you don’t have any! (My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Hosea 4:6)

Now, November 2011, I'm still at the input of hours, but all across the country in all 50 free states, thousands of men and women are knee-deep into building the re-established and re-inhabited Republic for the united States of America.  So until I have the time to someday get back here and give intros of history points and a myriad of other resources as to what happened between 1860 and now, check out the resources and check-off list I have under "December 2010 - #11" on OperationRepublic.blogapot.com.  Actually the December 2010 section became a huge depository for a multitude of resources, so I would suggest that you "skim through" all the links first just to see what's available and what catches your interest first so you're not overwhelmed!   Your cost for freedom in this country is the time it takes to read and action via a pen.    RepublicfortheunitedStates.org (national website; click "Contact" for your free state)

An idea is that some of We, The People, as Americans, and as the employers, MUST have/develop enough interest and desire to take pen in hand and become one of a modern version reversal of the “Committees of Correspondence” (just like Samuel Adams began in 1772), for each and every elected servant/employee in this land.  They need the education of the Republic vs. the corporation cesspool they're currently in.  We know we can't "fix" the corporation that's disguished as a government.  That's why the Republic is rising up out of the ashes to be ready for the fallout when the Federal Reserve crashes, as it's being dismantled daily by the countries worldwide.  But in the transfer, many of the corporate "actors" and employees may need to stay in their jobs when the switch is made to the Republican Form of Government (Article IV, Section 4 - national Constitution).

Since ignorance is our enemy, education is the key factor in building the Republic, and then over a decade, it's predicted, eliminating the unconstitutional entitites which currently exist in top-down government, and setting the cornerstones of the Republican Form of Government back in place in this country.  For instance, federal Congress (your Wash., D. C. reps and senators) has no authority to make any decisions regarding education. It's totally a "state" jurisdiction matter. That's why the Department of Education (& others) are unconstitutional (i.e. illegal). Therefore, your congressperson took an oath to uphold the federal and state constitutions. The question is: What are they doing to eliminate the federal Department of Education, let alone get us out from under the U.N. which is now governing our country's entire education system!!! (Read "Education.") 

Return as often as possible, check off the subjects one by one to learn the basic foundational truths of our history, and order a book or other resources as much as possible with your time and so-called “money” (i.e. Federal Reserve debt Notes). Most of all, please pass the website address on to others.

CONSTITUTION - Structure of Federal, i.e. United States of America

1787 - 7 Articles were written by the Constitutional Convention in Independence Hall, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and submitted to the 13 states. They agreed to ratify as long as a Bill of Rights was written and sent out to the people for approval. So the First Congress of 1789 sent out a number of proposed rights which would be attached to the Constitution, as Amendments. Of those sent out, 10 were ratified / adopted by the states. Today we have 27 Amendments to the federal Constitution, and those first 10 adopted in 1791 are called "The Bill of Rights."

Everyone needs to know that "rights" come from God . . . . . not from man, nor any written document. And through the past 150 years, "man" has gradually taken away our "rights" and substituted a "law - mandated" privilege which many times means a payment of money and acquiring a "permit/license from the state!" to do something you had a "right" to do without man's interference!!!

Federal Constitution:

. . . . . The first 10 are known as "The Bill of Rights."

Then each of the 50 states has its own constitution, and since the federal one has jurisdiction only over the federal areas* - lands* - territories*, the claim to our "rights from God" as set out in the federal Constitution's Amendments come from those Amendments having been adopted into each of the 50 state's constitutions. Your homework: Get a copy of your state constitution by calling your Secretary of State (usually free) and find each of the 27 Amendments in it.

The "federal" areas are:
The District of Columbia
The 14 U. S. Territories (5 are inhabited . . . that means they have some sort of a government upon their land). Upon birth in Guam, Puerto Rico, American Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands, babies are given "American citizenship" upon birth via a birth certificate from that land's Vital Statistics Office. In American Samoa one becomes a "National" upon birth . . . thee only people with that status from what I've learned so far. But they, too, have American "citizenship" upon birth for passport eligibility.

CONSTITUTIONS - Federal vs. State

Thinking about "government, here's the question: How many constitutions are there in this country? It's not a trick question, but if you were to give the quick answer, most would say "one." And of course, that's not the correct answer. There are 51 . . . a federal constitution and each state has one. So here's the story every American should know.

The federal constitution was written by representatives of 12 of the 13 existing states in 1787, each with their own "constitution" (or governing document for their geographical "state" area). At the time there existed a "federal or national" governing document called The Articles of Confederation, but it wasn't strong enough to govern mainly three areas: a singular monetary system amongst the 13 states, a system of commerce so there wouldn't be any "inter"-state taxation when buying and selling across state lines, and the authority for only the federal government to be able to declare war with another nation/country.

So the representatives to the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia at Liberty Hall in the summer of 1787 came from being appointed or chosen from already existing state governments. (In fact, Virginia already had a working representative form of government in 1619, a year before the Pilgrims landed "up north.") These men were there to form a new "federal or national central" government system and the document they created, ratified by the 13 states during the next two years, was and still is called The Constitution of the United States of America. Written within it states that the "federal constitution" has governing authority (jurisdiction) over a 10-square mile area which didn't exist at that time (1787 or 1789), but today is the District of Columbia. It is not part of any of the 50 states. It has it's own geographical borders, situated between the states of Virginia and Maryland.

Therefore, when you vote for and send your Congress people to Washington, D. C. (representatives and 2 senators), the geographical jurisdiction where their laws apply is really, in truth, ONLY the "federal land," which today is the District of Columbia, the federal territories (which didn't exist in 1787 and I don't know how they fit into Constutitional authority today), and the "Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislaure of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; Article I, Section 8. [17]." Think of these last areas as military bases, post offices, and other federal buildings, but doesn't the Constitution say ONLY IF the State sold the land to the Federal government?  The Constitution uses the word "purchased."

So at this time I don't believe there was "rule of law" Constitutional authority for a single person, i.e. a President, to "set aside" land within a State for a "national" park, forest, monument, and so forth. If a State didn't sell that land to the federal government, was this not a power grab by a President under his own self-appointed power? Now, I have loved every "national" site I've had the opportunity throughout my life to visit. But it's disturbing in the fact that a President uses dictatorial power in this country and Congress as a whole doesn't understand the federal Constitution well enough to stop such illegal actions! Anyone who remembers that President Clinton invoked the 90-year old Antiquities Act law that Theodore Roosevelt used to begin this federal acquisitioning power grab within and throughout the 50 several States, and established a 1.7 million acre national park in Utah by "Executive Directive, i.e. Presidential Directive, i.e. Executive Order!!" will understand what I'm saying. (Google "President Clinton national park Utah" and read those sites.) 
Again, the Antiquities Act, if created by federal Congress is then only for the jurisdiction of the federal lands, and NOT to create new federal lands within and throughout the 50 States unless the State sold that land to the federal government! At that time I remember reading in the news that in the Utah land-grab by Clinton, he was in that state in a document-signing ceremony without even having told the Utah reps in Congress!! Why? It's said that that land holds the largest coal deposit area in the country! (Google to read about "That Trillion-Dollar Ripoff-- Clinton's Utah Coal Deal.")

And aren't the people crying out that we, this country, needs to be self-sustaining for energy and now mining for this coal is off limits?!?!? (Go to the "History by Designed Plan" and listen to the 7-part U-tube video by Lindsey Williams before you tear too much of your hair out!) It's said that the federal Congressmen learned of the establishment of this national park on the news as you and I did!

Again, what federal congresspeople vote for does not apply to the 50 several States, although today most people believe otherwise because they are ignorant and deficient in their knowledge of "jurisdiction," constitutions, state vs. federal government, etc. If a law is passed by the federal Congress, and if a State wants that law, then it is up to the State Legislature to vote that law into its laws for their people.

What's supposed to happen is that if the federal government votes for a law, then that law (federal) only applies to
1. the District of Columbia,
2. the 14 United States territories (which exist today; 5 are inhabited which means it has an existing system of government, towns-cities-communities, etc., and not just an "outpost" kind of island with possible military personnel, an air landing strip, a refueling center, and so forth; The most important item is that the territory has a Vital Statistics office to give an American citizenship birth certificate to every baby born on that land!),
3. and other federal lands such as military bases which are owned, not leased, throughout the 50 several States: "Article I, Section 8. Clause [17] The Congress shall have Power . . . To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever . . . to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings;."

So, constitutionally, the federal government is NOT making laws which govern the 50 States, although the people have been dupped into believing this happens. So we have a l-o-n-g road of re-education in this country if we want to swing back to a Constitutional Republic form of government.

The federal government is to be a "limited" government, limited ONLY to the authority that is allowed to it by what is written in the federal Constitution. This is why you've heard the now 11th-term Congressman, 2008 Republican Presidential candidate, Dr. Ron Paul of Texas state that he will ONLY vote yes for an issue if the federal Constitution gives him authority to vote on such an issue. To do otherwise is treason against the oath he took.  So on the side, he's known as "Dr. No" because of his not supporting so much of what goes on in Congress!

Today the federal government is w-a-y beyond its borders! It is way out of whack and it is up to us, the employers, to know our federal and state Constitutions in order to put pressure on our elected servants to uphold the oath (before and to God) to uphold the federal Constitution. It is absolutely insane today for the 535 elected servants to take an oath to uphold the federal Constitution and to then vote for issues and items for which they have no authority to do so. (One of the best examples is a letter from a constituent to Congressman, frontiersman, Davy Crockett.)

So when elected servant employees speak of the "federal constitution" as "thee one and only" constitution in this country, they are ignorant and deficient in their knowledge of this country's history, which is to be the basis of their qualifications to be in the job they've been elected to carry out. But We, The People who are the employers, can not challenge and hold our elected servants to the limited authorities of the federal Constitution if we, ourselves, don't know the guidelines, restrictions, jurisdictions, and authorities.

So in another section of this website there needs to be a list of questions created and developed for people to use to first learn from, and secondly to use to question their elected servants in order to know how much history they know and if they're really the qualified "leaders" we want who will direct almost every aspect of one's life according to how and what they vote for!!! (An excellent beginning list is in Neal Boortz's 2008 book: Somebody's Gotta Say It.) We are already extremely socialist in this country. Only because we compare ourselves to other countries/governments, do people believe we still have "freedoms and liberties." But that is a false comparison. We need to learn the basic foundations of a Constitutional Republic form of government (we are NOT a democracy!!!), and THEN compare where we are today with those tenants.

CURRENT EVENTS - A Travesty (Black Farmers)

2010-09-30 -- The following came to me by way of email.

A Travesty

In 1997, 400 African-American farmers sued the United States Department of Agriculture, alleging that they had been unfairly denied SBA loans due to racial discrimination during the period 1983 to 1997.

The case was entitled Pigford v. Glickman and in 1999, the black farmers won their case.

The government agreed to pay each of them as much as $50,000 to settle their claims.

But then on February 23, 2010, something shocking happened in relation to that original judgment: In total silence, the USDA agreed to release more funds to Pigford.

The amount was a staggering $1.25 billion. This was because the original number of plaintiffs – 400 black farmers – had now swollen in a class action suit to include a total of 86,000 black farmers throughout America.

There was only one problem: The United States of America /doesn’t have 86,000 black farmers !!!!

According to accurate and totally verifiable Official USDA 2007 Census census data, the total number of black farmers throughout America is only 39,697. By the Official USDA 1992 Census data the US had only /18,816 black farmers!

Well, how on earth did 39,697 explode into the fraudulent 86,000 claims?

And how did $50,000 explode into $1.25 billion?

Well, folks, you’ll just have to ask the woman who not only spearheaded this case because of her position in 1997 at the “Rural Development Leadership Network” but whose family received the highest single payout (approximately $13 million) from that action – Shirley Sherrod.

Yes, folks. It appears that Ms. Sherrod had just unwittingly exposed herself as the perpetrator of one of the biggest fraud claims in the United States -- a fraud enabled solely because she screamed racism at the government and cowed them into submission. And it gets even more interesting.

Ms. Sherrod has also exposed the person who aided and abetted her in this race fraud. As it turns out, the original judgment of Pigford v. Glickman in 1999 only applied to a total of about 16,000 black farmers.

But in 2008, a junior US Senator got a law passed to reopen the case and allow more black farmers to sue for funds. The Senator was Barack Hussein Obama.

Because this law was passed in dead silence and because the woman responsible for spearheading it was an obscure USDA official, American taxpayers did not realize that they had just been forced in the midst of a worldwide depression to pay out more than $1.25 billion to settle a race claim.

But Breitbart knew. And last Monday, July 22, 2010, he cleverly laid a trap which Sherrod and Obama and his cronies stumbled headfirst into which has now resulted in the entire world discovering the existence of this corrupt financial judgment.

As for Ms. Sherrod?? Well, she’s discovering too late that her cry of ‘racism’ to the media which was intended to throw the spotlight on Breitbart has instead thrown that spotlight on herself – and the huge corruption.

Sherrod has vanished from public view. Her ‘pigs’, it seems, have come home to roost.

But the perpetrator of that law passed in dead silence leading to unlawful claims & corruption..... is still trying to fool all of US.

DEMOCRACY COUNTDOWN - A Democracy vs. a Republic

(The following was written by an unknown source, although I've read these "democracy vs. a republic form of government" statistics in various books and papers since my research/reading/studying our Constitutional Republic form of government began in 1996, and one day heard the Governor, I believe, of South Carolina, repeat this "time line" when on a panel, broadcast on CSPAN, about Nov.-Dec. 2008.)


THE "DEMOCRACY" COUNTDOWN. HOW LONG DO WE HAVE?

About the time our original thirteen states adopted their new constitution in 1787, Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor at the University of Edinburg, had this to say about the fall of the Athenian Republic some 2,000 years earlier:

"A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government.

"A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.

"From that moment on, the majority always vote for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.

"The average age of the world's greatest civilizations from the beginning of history, has been about 200 years.

"During those 200 years, those nations always progressed through the following sequence:
1. from bondage to spiritual faith;
2. from spiritual faith to great courage;
3. from courage to liberty;
4. from liberty to abundance;
5. from abundance to complacency;
6. from complacency to apathy;
7. from apathy to dependence;
8. from dependence back into bondage"


Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota, points out some interesting facts concerning the 2000 Presidential election:
Number of States won by: Democrats: 19 Republicans: 29
Square miles of land won by: Democrats: 580,000 Republicans: 2,427,000
Population of counties won by: Democrats: 127 million Republicans: 143 million
Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by: Democrats: 13.2, Republicans: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory Republican won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of this great country. Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare..." Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler's definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation's population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegal's and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

ECONOMICS OF SOCIALISM

Through the past 12-13 years of reading-researching-studying, I've come across 3 fabulous, easy-to-understand "tales" for the "common man" to understand socialism and/or related "isms." In any case, it's definitely NOT liberty and freedom, the foundational doctrine of a Constitutional Republic form of government! Bar Stool Economics was circulated via email in 2008 with credit noted at the end.

REMEMBER as you read, our current "progressive tax system" is unconstitutional: a "direct tax" without apportionment! Your federal congressmen/women, House and Senate, took an oath to God to uphold the "rule of law" that's in the federal Constitution of the United States of America. Write to them and tell them that they did so, and ask them what they are doing to abolish the "direct" income tax system in this country which is UNconstitutional.

THEN every pay day in your checkbook, enter in the "gross" amount you've earned and make ledger entries subtracting the unconstitutional federal income tax, the unconstitutional state income tax, the unconstitutional socialist program social security tax, and the unconstitutional socialist program medicare tax that's being illegally stolen from you by your "elected servants."

SINCE God asks for a "cheerful giving" tithe of 10%, there is to be no man-made government like we have today, compelling you under threat, duress, coercion, owning-taking-& selling your property, to demand you to "voluntarily assess" yourself for a tax that is greater than 10%! And if you don't have enough funds to "give" to the Lord more than what is "taken from you" by the government of this land for all the taxes you pay on everything in your life, then in God's eyes regarding our "money," we are making Him subordinate to the government of this land, because we can't "freely give with a cheerful heart the greatest share of our giving to Him!"

THAT'S WHY our Constitutional Republic is to be a limited government, creating a budget and "apportioning out to the States" the "direct tax by apportionment" to pay their spending bills. The Founding Fathers knew that the Bible was a law book and they knew what they were doing when they created the greatest form of government ever developed by man!)



BAR STOOL ECONOMICS

(An excellent tale of how the world works.)

Suppose that every day, ten men go out for lunch and the bill for all ten comes to $100. If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something like this:

The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
The fifth would pay $1.
The sixth would pay $3.
The seventh would pay $7.
The eighth would pay $12.
The ninth would pay $18.
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.

The ten men eat in the café every day and seem quite happy with the arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve. “Since you are all such good customers, he said, “I’m going to reduce the cost of your daily lunch by $20. Lunch for the ten now cost just $80.

The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes so the first four men were unaffected. They would still eat free. However, what about the other six men - the paying customers? How could they divide the $20 windfall so that everyone would get his “fair share?” They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. However, if they subtracted that from everybody’s share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would each end up being paid to eat his lunch. So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man’s bill by roughly the same bracket of earnings, and he proceeded to work out the amounts each should pay.

And so:
The fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% savings).
The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33%savings).
The seventh now paid $5 instead of $7 (28%savings).
The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 (25% savings).
The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 (22% saving s).
The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% savings).

Each of the six was better off than before And the first four continued to eat free. However, once outside the restaurant, the men began to compare their savings.
“I only got a dollar out of the $20”, declared the sixth man. He pointed to the tenth man,” but he got $10!”

“Yeah, that’s right”, exclaimed the fifth man. “I only saved a dollar, too. It’s unfair that he got ten times more than I!”

“That’s true!” shouted the seventh man. “Why should he get $10 back when I got only two? The wealthy get all the breaks!”

“Wait a minute,” yelled the first four men in unison. “We didn’t get anything at all. The system exploits the poor!”

The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up.

The next night the tenth man didn’t show up for lunch, so the nine sat down and had lunch without him. However, when it came time to pay the bill, they discovered something important. They didn’t have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill!

And that, boys and girls, journalists and college professors, is how our tax system works. The people who pay the highest taxes get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much, attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start eating overseas where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.

A "quasi" (i.e. unconstitutional = illegal) government agency, a private corporation owned by the 10-12 wealthiest banking families in the world, most who are not Americans. HISTORY - By a Designed Plan!

The Conspiracy: Sometimes described as or called "Revisionist History," or "the Conspiratorial View of History," or "the Master Plan to Rule the World," the overall events of history have not and are not "just happening by chance." The last chapter of the Bible, the book of "Revelation" exists and will come about. We just don't know when.

"So," you say, "if it's going to happen anyway, why bother?"

Let's look at a few lines Ted Flynn writes in the Preface of his Hope of the Wicked book: ". . . a global elite has been conditioning you without your even knowing it. This group has no affections or idiologies; it is solely about control. It springs from a Helelian doctrine that believes man is best when he serves the State. No sense of the Divine will be allowed . . . The One World Order and One World religion, both of the same beast, will be required thinking: conformity will be mandatory. Independent thought, and those who embrace it, will be cast out of accepted society. . . . the overwhelming majority of the people desiring and working toward a New World Order is doing so from a humanistic agenda. In their hearts, these people believe they are doing a service for humanity and the world. It is often what is right in their eyes. But who will truly rule the New World? Under what administrative umbrella? Under what moral or spiritual principles? What will be the guidelines? Among this elite group these questions are never asked, for pride and ambition rule their hearts. The thinking person would realize that the world is at war, with opposing forces seeking dominion and control."

So to answer the question, let's look at Psalm 9:17 "The wicked shall be sent away to hell; this is the fate of all the nations forgetting the Lord." And what did Ted Flynn state in his Preface above? ". . . a Helelian doctrine that believes man is best when he serves the State. No sense of the Divine will be allowed!" These beliefs are also heavily documented in Berit Kjos' non-fiction book Brave New Schools, (read the "education" section) and in George Orwell's novel, 1984. It is so creepy! I truly believe that when it comes down to it, most people do believe there is an eternity after death and that there IS a Heaven and a hell, and given a choice, . . . do I have to say it???

As your study of all this subject matter progresses, you'll come to learn, even if you don't accept it as your own belief system, that America was founded on Biblical, i.e. Christian, principles. And if you claim the United States as "your country," you will always want to support the foundations of a republic form of government in order to secure and maintain all the freedoms and liberties you want to have. A republic's foundational principles are build on the elements of self-government (another section of information), sadly missing in many people today because of the indoctrination that's taken place in the minds of Americans especially during the past 50 years.

The foundational problem today is that the day-to-day workings of government, at all levels, are being carried out within a corporation framework (another section of information) instead of a Constitutional Republic. Just enough lip service is given to the word "constitution" to keep us believing that the engine is still running on that foundation; whereas, in reality, it was switched to "corporation status" in 1871for the federal government, and mandated by 1970 for all State governments. And the counties, cities, and most schools fell into the corporate pit here and there throughout the past 200 years.

IRS HISTORY

The current IRS system as we know it today, came about after WWII without any law. (That's another story It is a private corporation (the accounting and bookkeeping firm for the private Federal Reserve). I got a copy of their 1933 incorporation papers out of Dover, Delaware's UCC office. If you look in the Table of Contents in any US Code Book, you'll see that "Title 26 - Internal Revenue" was never voted into positive law. AND if you check the Title 26 Sections from #6000 and on, you'll see that according to the Parallel Table Index, they belong to Title 27 - Bureau of Alcohol. It's an extremely deceitful maneuver on the American people in that the IRS does NOT have ANY "enforcement" powers!! How absolutely awful this is, that alllllllll of our "elected public servant employees" have "sold their soul to Satan & compromised their integrity" and allowed this blatant, right-there-in-the-books fraud to continue all these years!!!

JURY DUTY

Most jurors commit as much of a wrong-doing and/or criminal act as the person they find guilty BECAUSE THEY ARE IGNORANT and deficient in their knowledge of what a juror is to know!!! This is especially so if they find a defendent guilty of any charge regarding income taxation! I would have been no different pre-1996, so the blame is in the designed plan of dumbing us down especially since 1910. More on that in the "Education" and "Designed Plan of History" sections.

MONEY

Here's a simple explanation of the creation of money in this country.
According to the federal constitution, all "paper" money (i. e. "bills") is to be backed by gold or silver. That means that gold or silver, equal to the amount of United States paper money/bills in existence, is to exist someplace, in some bank or holding area, so that if all the people, at the same time, went to the bank to turn in their paper bills in exchange for the "hard currency" (i. e. gold or silver that the paper represents), they could, and there would be enough gold or silver to represent all the paper bills in order to give an exchange to the people.

Now today, we do not have any gold or silver backing the paper that most people call "the American dollar." Those paper bills are actually called "Federal Reserve Notes" because they are owned by the private Federal Reserve Corporation. They are also called "debt notes," and here's why.

Since December 23, 1913, when Congress voted the privately-owned Federal Reserve into a central banking system for this country, Congress has "borrowed" every penny they have voted to spend. Not a penny of federal income taxes goes to "pay for the government." It all goes to the wealthiest banking families in the world (those who own the Federal Reserve) for the "interest" they charge on the money that Congress borrows from them!

Here's how it works. Congress (the 435 elected servants in the House of Representatives) votes to spend, let's say, $1 Billion dollars. Now you must remember that Congress does NOT HAVE ANY MONEY!! So they go to the privately-owned Federal Reserve and "borrow" 1 Billion dollars. The Fed basically writes out a check for 1 Billion dollars. This is where you've heard Congressman Dr. Ron Paul and a few others say that they "print money out of thin air." In order for you or me to create more money in our life, we need to either sell something or "earn it" from someone else. But the Federal Reserve just writes out a check without any money in the bank, so to speak.

Then they go to the mint and make an order to have $1 Billion dollars printed . . . m-a-y-b-e it's printed, because today a lot of "money" is just an entry in a ledger. Think about it. If you have a "direct deposit" of your paycheck go into a bank account, it's just a transfer of numbers in an accounting book. That's called a ledger entry. The "ledger" is the name for the old-fashioned accounting book when everything was written down by hand. Then if you "write out a check" or spend money via "plastic," when is anyone actually touching any so-called "money/cash?" And the less and less demand there is from you to actually have and hold "money" in your hands, the more and more control "someone else" has over you, in that someday, in a "cashless" society, "someone else" who wants control and power, can just push a button and totally control you by shutting you off from all access to your lifeline of money.

Anyway, at the mint the Fed might pay around $26 per 1000 bills for the cost of the paper and ink, no matter what denomination is printed on the bill. This "money" now represents what Congress has "borrowed" from the private bankers; therefore, the paper bills are called "debt notes" because they represent the "debt" Congress created, because again, remember, Congress does not have any money, they do NOT get your "federal income tax" money, they need to "borrow" every penny from the private, wealthiest banking families in the world who own the Federal Reserve, AND this Federal Reserve Corporation charges an "interest" on all money borrowed from them!

Now remember, they (the Fed) don't have any money either!! They are creating it out of thin air as Congress votes to spend money! Yet the Fed charges an "interest" on this newly created "money" (i. e. private federal reserve "notes" that represent the "debt" Congress voted as a liability onto the American people Congressmen are elected to "serve." Look at a "dollar bill." It says right on it that it is a "Federal Reserve Note," not a United States note. It belongs to the Federal Reserve, not the people of this country, as is mandated by the federal constitution. More on this in other posts.).

Now the American people are told that they are responsible to pay this "interest" on the money our elected employee servants borrowed from the private, wealthiest banking families in the world. And when the amount of "income taxes" wasn't enough to pay for the interest on the money Congress borrowed from the private Federal Reserve, that's when we began to incur a national debt. The "national debt" is the interest charged by the Fed, on the money borrowed from them, that is beyond the amount of "federal income taxes" people "voluntarily donate." (That's another story that explains the "trap" of paying income taxes.) Don't be led astray by believing that Congress has ever "balanced" the budget! Any pronouncements to such effect since 1914 have been manipulative rhetoric by those of the unseen government (another post) who want to promote a specific agenda toward a one-world government and social order (read The Book of Revelation).

A last point on our money system is that elected "servants" say that we are "borrowing" from China, etc. That's not 100% truthful! All borrowed money needs to be backed by "bonds," and it has been China through the past decade or more, who has been buying "most" of the U. S. bonds. (There's a much bigger story to the aspect of buying bonds on newly-created "money." I'm just trying to stay with a simple version.) So by China "holding" so much of our money in the form of bonds, they basically hold a position of "blackmailing power" over the U. S. now! I've read several newspaper articles since 2003 of "China threatening to dump a load of U. S. bonds IF the U. S. didn't cater to their demands!!" So the U. S. had to acquiese to China's demands OR our economy could have collapsed overnight (moreso than we're seeing at the end of 2008). I mean a total collapse. A great "possible scenario" of how our country is on the verge of such a collapse, and very close to real life so far, all created by our elected federal servants, is the 14th chapter of Larry Burkett's 1991 The Coming Economic Earthquake.

Let's recap:
*Congress votes to spend money which they don't have.
*Congress puts in an order to borrow the money from the private Federal Reserve.
*The Fed writes out a check on an empty bank account for the money Congress is borrowing.
*The Fed orders the (some??) paper bills, representing the debt, to be printed.
*People (voluntarily, altho I know it's a trap! - - explained in a post on income taxes) donate federal income taxes to the wealthiest banking families in the world to try and pay the interest these bankers charge for the money borrowed from them. Because soooooooo much money has been borrowed by our elected servant-employees, that we can't possibly pay the "interest" on the borrowed money even if we all donated 100% of our so-called income/pay/wages/earnings to these wealthiest banking families in the world who own the Federal Reserve, the unpaid balance becomes known as the National Debt!
*We are not "borrowing" from China. China is buying the bonds which back the debt Congress is putting us into.

Chapter 3 is the best I've read to explain our fiat money system and the fractional banking system, and Chapter 14 is a possible version of how our elected servants will bring this country to an economic collapse. Since the book was written in 1991, events have almost mirrored Chapter 14!!

Breach of Trust by former Congressman, now Senator Dr. Tom Coburn, (254 pg. book) 2003, WND Books, Nashville, Tennessee, www.WNDBooks.com This is a fabulous expose of Congress from 1994-2000 . . . how & who sells/sold out on the American people, the inner workings of unconstitutional decision-making, voting in regards to lobbist pressures - corporate payouts - personal desire for power/gain/control, earmarks, the impending bankruptcy and Doomsday of the socialist social security and medicare programs, the 13 appropriation bills, and on and on, plus suggested solutions.

Grace Commission Report was a "report" commissioned by President Ronald Reagan for Peter Grace to carry out regarding areas in which government could cut out wasteful spending. It was then published in book form, but should also be in government documents for the research enthusiast!

Since the Federal Reserve is privately owned, can you really say they are a part of our government? Think about it!

THE SLOW-COOKED FROG

It is said that nothing happens by chance and nothing happens overnight.

I remember reading, years ago, about communism . . . . . the patience they have to advance their goals . . . . . even though one wouldn't even be living far enough into the future to see the outcome! The story went that "the they" chose a specific male and female for their specific features, intelligence, etc. They had them "mate" (just like animals! - they didn't have in vitro fertilization yet!!) to produce an off-spring. That child was raised "by the State" to have certain, specific education and language skills so that at a certain age, that person would be used to infiltrate chosen venues as a spy. Wow! What patience, huh?


Well, that's the same premise of The Frog in Hot Water story. If you drop a frog into a pot of boiling water, the change will be soooo severe that the frog will hop out. BUT, if you put it into a pot of tepid water and very slowly and gradually turn the temp up, the frog will boil to death. THAT'S what has happened in the United States of America during the last 100 - 150 years.


The prime example is when I first heard Dr. Allen Quist tell about the current education system in this country - that President Bush, Sr. and President Clinton signed (unconstitutional) international "agreements" (vs. "treaties" as authorized by the federal Constitution), because "agreements" don't need ANY oversight (by Congress . . . which treaties do!). YET, the "agreements" end up going forward with the same full force and effect of law as do treaties!! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD WHEN YOU BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND ALL OF THIS!!!


So these agreements put the entire education system of the U.S. under the U.N.'s UNESCO (the U.N.'s education arm). And never mind that the federal Constitution doesn't give the federal government a-n-y authority to have a-n-y say in education in this country (yes, the Department of Education is entirely unconstitutional and illegal) . . . . . like Ron Paul says: "If you want to have the federal government have authority to have a say in the education system within the 50 states of this country, then we need to change the Constitution, not just keep carrying on the illegal, unconsitutional activity and fraud."

So what happened and still is happening via "No Child Left Behind" legislation now and then, is that Congress then began to vote the "agreements" into law, by piece-meal, because they vote without reading the documents, they don't study and learn about all the necessary background of the subject matter in the bills they vote on, they are working for a corporation and not under the oath to God for the Constitution they supposedly said they'd uphold and protect, and on and on and on. As Dr. Quist said, if they had the whole plan (like his book, America's Schools) right smack dab in front of their eyeballs, they would shout "NO WAY" because the outcome is SOOOOO socialistic, communistic, unAmerican - - AND DRASTIC - - they'd be jumping out of that pot!! BUT through the 1990s, "School to Work" and then "Goals 2000" were voted into law. Following that was "No Child Left Behind."

Today, June 22, 2011:  The Republic has grown throughout the country in the numbers of people joining and positioning themselves in the jobs to parallel the current, de facto, imposter government operating on this land since 1871 as a corporation.  We have people pretty well set at the national level (President, VP, Supreme Court, Cabinet) and the state level (Executive - Governor, Legislative - 2 Senators & 10 House Reps, Judicial - Court and de jure Grand Jury).  Now we're moving into establishing county levels of people for the local, bottom-up government as originally set forth with the 1787 national and state constitutions. 

This is being done so that when the financial collapse evolves and the current "government" can no longer write out the pay checks, the Republic will be positioned to continue forth instead of the UN stepping in with their already structured take-over agenda supported by tens-of-thousands of foreign military and weapons already positioned throughout this country.

ALSO, foreign countries are and have been moving, too, some for almost 2 years already:  away from the U. S. "dollar," i.e. Federal Reserve Note, as the reserve currency of the world, dismantling the Federal Reserve as the central bank under the IMF, i.e. International Monetary Fund, etc.  To get a quick overview of what's happening with money, finances, and banking, see the "Money" link in December 2010 on http://OperationRepublic.blogspot.com.
